Ceramic tile workshop

Join me in my studio in Voorhout for the classic ceramic house tile making workshop. Sign up for a great opportunity to get creative, either by yourself -or with friends- and connect with fellow clay enthusiasts.

In this 3-hour workshop we will go through the different designs of typical Amsterdam canal houses. You will be making a set of four ceramic tiles, using everyday objects -like buttons, Lego, and lace- to imprint beautiful textures into the clay, and learn to add charming architectural details by hand. No previous experience required. All tiles will be bisque-fired and finished with an oxide wash to enhance their textures, ready for collection a few weeks after the workshop.

These workshops are all about connectivity, with a blend of creativity, calm, and community to carry you into the weekend. All materials and tools included, along with coffee, tea, drinks, snacks, music and a relaxed, friendly vibe.
